Atty is 100 days old on new year's day! What a lovely way to usher in 2018!
Yesterday we went to the mall to find some cute dresses for Atty. Today is the first time that Atty has worn a dress. All along we went for the practical neutral color onesies haha. We did a DIY 100 days old photoshoot at home which basically took all day as we had to catch the timings when she was alert, in a good mood, and already fed. Baby photoshoots seem to be really challenging.
Awww Atty looks so pretty in pink. And looks gorgeous in a dress! Too bad lace and frills are not the most comfortable things. Atty your smile is so cute, please smile and laugh more! You like those bunnies? Those are my bunnies but you can have them if you like them! <3
I always wanted to wear mother-daughter matching outfits with my daughter... today my wish finally came true! So happy! Atty, mummy is totally going to buy lots of matching outfits to wear with you when you get older. Then we can go out for high tea in our matching outfits or go shopping or go for spa, heheheee <3
I also have lots of cute hair accessories that I bought some time back and never used them, and thought I would just keep them for my daughter. Those hair accessories are going to you, Atty! Just have to wait until your hair grows out more and your head fontanelle closes well.
Also attempted baby hand/footprint art that was much harder than expected. I lost count the number of times I had scraped and wiped the paint off the canvas to redo it. The 'o' letter in love was supposed to be Atty's handprint but we couldn't get her to unclench her fist for the longest time. And when we did, she clenched her fist while on the canvas or decided to swipe her hand away, smearing all the paint. We gave up on the handprint in the end.
The footprints were not easy too... either it was positioned wrongly, paint had dried up once her foot landed on the canvas or she decided to kick the canvas and once again smear pain all over. We finally completed it after hours of trying. Exhausting. Pinterest makes it look so easy. Perhaps it is, but we are just not very artsy, lol.
